07 May Diagnosis in Chronic Pain
In today’s short video I discuss how to convey a diagnosis of Chronic Pain to patients. I also briefly review the diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, specifically reviewing the diagnostic criteria i n Fibromyalgia. I have based this on revised American College of Rheumatology guidelines (2010). Fibromyalgia should be a primary care diagnosis. The management similarly, should be primary care based.
